PACKS, BAGS, VESTS AND ACCESSORIES

Fishpond strives to maintain our reputation for unmatched quality among the outdoor enthusiasts using our products.  All of our soft goods are covered by a lifetime guarantee.  Should one of our products fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product free of charge at our discretion.  This guarantee does not apply to accidental damage, neglect, saltwater corrosion, or the normal deterioration of materials over time. 

NOMAD LANDING NETS AND OTHER HARD GOODS

Fishpond guarantees Nomad net frames and other hard goods, to be free from original defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If a Nomad landing net frame or other hard good should prove defective in material or workmanship within that period, Fishpond will, in its discretion, provide a one-time replacement of the product. Our guarantee does not apply to accidental damage, misuse, mishandling, alteration, or replaceable rubber net bags.

AIR TRANSIT DAMAGE

While we design our products for durability, damage that occurs to your product during air transit is the responsibility of the airline. Any such damage is not covered under our guarantee. We recommend documenting the condition of your bag prior to check-in and reporting any damage directly to the airline upon arrival. If you require an irreparability statement from Fishpond to assist with your claim, please contact our customer service team.
